Tari Hospital A&E Extension, Papua New Guinea

OSM Consultants Ltd was engaged by PAWA Architecture PNG Limited as the Civil and Hydraulics Engineering Design Subconsultant for the Hela Provincial Health Authority for the Tari Hospital A&E Extension in Tari, Papua New Guinea. OSM was responsible for the civil and hydraulics engineering design, including site civil works, vehicle circulation, parking layout, kerbing, accessible ramp design, pedestrian crossing, site grading and stormwater drainage. The scope also included the design of an on-site wastewater (septic) system, including wastewater flow assessment, septic tank treatment train, soak pit design and associated construction details, as well as temporary erosion and sediment control for the construction period and associated civil construction details and specifications. The work was delivered as a complete ten-sheet civil and hydraulics construction drawing set (Sheets C100–C700), dated 17 June 2026, prepared to a standard suitable for incorporation into the project's construction documentation.
