Civil and Hydraulics Design Subconsultancy- Warehousing for Phoenix, Papua New Guinea

OSM Consultants Ltd was engaged by PAWA Architecture PNG Limited as the Civil Engineering Design Subconsultant for Pacific Palms Property, with construction to be delivered by Phoenix Builder Ltd. OSM was responsible for the civil and hydraulics engineering design for Stage 1 of the development, comprising four warehouse/office units at Lot 9 Portside Business Park, Motukea, NCD, Papua New Guinea. The scope included site earthworks and bulk grading, internal roads and access infrastructure, pavement design, stormwater drainage, private sewer reticulation, pavement line-marking, erosion and sediment control planning, and associated civil construction details and specifications. The full Construction Issue drawing set (C-001 to C-503) was issued in July 2024, and OSM completed the design scope to the satisfaction of PAWA Architecture PNG Limited in a professional and timely manner.
